Empowered Childbirth Classes

Childbirth can be a calm, peaceful and even pleasurable experience for mom, dad, and baby. During these four 90 minute sessions you and your birthing partner(s) will release the fears around giving birth, learn self-hypnosis for use during the labor process, and learn how the female body is built to naturally and easily give birth thus paving the way for a joyful, relaxing and perhaps even painless childbirth.
