The 21-Day Program

Before you begin this program take inventory of yourself. What changes would you like to see in your self-esteem/self-worth at the end of 21 days? Perhaps you would like to be able to stand up for yourself, say no when you want to, ask for what you want, go back to school, or begin working towards goals that you have believed to be out of reach. Write down whatever changes you would like to see so that at the end of 21 days you can take inventory and really notice what has taken place for you. Sometimes positive change occurs and we forget that we had the problem in the first place. Kind of like when a headache goes away but it’s several hours before we notice that it’s gone.

On days 1,7,14, and 21 listen to the CD while intending to stay awake. You will go into a hypnotic state but not fall a sleep. This allows you to actually have the experience, to feel the emotions, to hear the words both consciously and subconsciously. This is very powerful. You are not limited to listening to the CD while awake to only 4 times, please listen many times more if you would like, but at least the 4 times. By spacing it out an equal amount of days you are using another powerful tool, which accesses the subconscious mind. This tool is ritual. If you enjoy rituals, you could even add more, such as listening to the CD at the same time of day, in the same place. But most importantly keep it simple! It is more important that you do it, so don’t complicate it.

Every night for the 21 consecutive nights listen to the CD as you fall asleep at bed-time. This is very powerful because as you fall asleep you naturally enter the alpha or hypnotic state and during this time your subconscious is soaking up all of the positive suggestions on the CD (whether you consciously hear them or not). Change just doesn’t get any more effortless than this! Now, the key word is consecutive, if you miss one night, start over. This is very important. Remember, you got where you are today by playing the same negative mental tapes day in and day out. So just give your mind the benefit of these wonderfully positive suggestions for at least 21 consecutive days. You will begin noticing a difference in yourself in just a few days!
