Greetings,
I am a Certified Hypnotherapist, certified emotional freedom technique (EFT) practitioner and Soul Realignment Practitioner. I have been an avid student of metaphysics for over 20 years. I combine the powerful modalities of EFT, hypnosis and soul clearing to facilitate quick, easy, and profound transformations for my clients.
My interest in the power of the mind began in my teens, but it wasn't until after the birth of my third child and a terrible bout with post-partum depression that I was introduced to hypnosis via HypnoBirthing. When I saw what hypnosis could do for the laboring woman I knew that the possibilities were limitless. After teaching HypnoBirthing successfully for over a year, I continued my education at the Eastburn Institute of Hypnosis in Denver, Colorado to receive my certificate in Hypnotherapy. My clients have experienced success in quitting smoking, losing weight, experiencing more comfortable births, overcoming debilitating fears, improving test taking skills, increasing motivation, and much more. On my continuous journey of spiritual and personal growth, I have become passionate about helping individuals develop a loving relationship with themselves.

Working with clients over the years it has become evident to me that all presenting issues are simply a symptom of the core issue of lack of self-worth/self-love. I realized that although with hypnosis we can almost always remove the symptom entirely, such as smoking, procrastination, etc., it may not always be permanent. My clients could and sometimes would make the decision at some future point to pick up another cigarette or fall back into the old habit of procrastinating. My purpose became to discover how to make these positive changes permanent. It occurred to me that we had to eliminate whatever it was that caused us to sabotage ourselves! The more I meditated on it and watched successful people I became aware that people who love themselves and know their value on this planet and in the lives of others don't smoke, over-eat, or self-sabotage through procrastination or any other self-limiting habit. So, I developed a process to heal our broken sense of self-worth.
The benefits of loving ourselves are a hundred-fold. We are better parents, partners, professionals and neighbors. We are better humans! Because we hold ourselves in high regard we realize that we are worthy of success, health, prosperity, love, and all of the good things life has to offer. And when we know we are worthy, success, in all areas of our lives, just flows. Even more importantly when we love who we are and treat ourselves with tender loving care we can extend that to others. No longer are we rude, impatient or angry with ourselves or anyone else for that matter.
If everyone had a loving relationship with the Self we would have Peace On Earth.
This is my mission. One person at a time.
Blessings,
Michelle Lee, CH
